This policy covers the mobile applications published by Alpaca Consultants Pte Ltd ("we", "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including test and pre-release builds. It explains what our apps do with your information.

Information we collect

Our apps do not collect personal information. Unless an app explicitly states otherwise at the point of collection, our apps have no accounts or sign-in, and do not gather your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or files. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertising networks.

Network activity

Our apps contact servers we operate in order to check for application updates. Those requests carry only the technical details needed to answer them — the app's platform, version, and release channel — together with the network metadata present in any ordinary web request, such as your device's IP address. This information is used only to deliver the correct update and to keep the service running securely. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Permissions

Our apps request internet access, which is required for the update check described above. Any additional permission is requested only when a feature needs it, and your device will ask you to approve it at that point. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

Data retention and deletion

Because our apps do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Uninstalling an app removes it and its locally stored data from your device. If you believe we hold information about you and want it removed, contact us using the address below.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party services

Our apps are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those platforms collect their own data when you download or install an app, governed by their own privacy policies rather than this one.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated date above.
